Fujichrome Velvia 50 - colour slide film 135, 36 exposures

Fujichrome Velvia 50 is a legendary ISO 50 colour slide film for 35mm cameras. It is balanced for daylight and provides 36 exposures, producing a finished positive image on a transparent base after processing.

Its look is defined by saturated, clearly separated colours, extremely fine grain and high detail. Velvia renders blue skies, foliage, red and yellow accents with particular intensity, so I recommend it for landscapes, nature and travel.

It also suits product and studio work when precise colour intensity matters. As a slide emulsion it benefits from careful metering and requires E-6 processing.
