Ilford Delta 400 Professional Collector's Edition 135/36 is an ISO 400 black-and-white negative film, 135 format, 36 exposures, in the limited Collector's Edition livery: an all-black cassette and carton.
ILFORD has not announced a new emulsion — the stated change is the base: the maker describes it as clearer, with anti-halation protection, and expects more shadow detail and cleaner scans. The look stays recognisably Delta 400: fine grain for ISO 400, high sharpness, an even scale of greys. It wants accurate exposure and forgives mistakes less than HP5 Plus.
Development is the standard black-and-white process, with the same times as regular Delta 400; ILFORD’s datasheet allows EI 200–3200 with matching development. Limited numbers; available to order.
