KONO! Delight ART 100 is a 135 colour negative film, 36 exposures, ISO 100/21°, C-41 process, DX coded. It is a tinted film: the base is professional film stock which the maker tints by hand.
What «tinted» means here
Every roll is tinted individually by the maker’s own people, which is exactly why no two rolls give an identical result. The maker describes the picture as intensely coloured, very fine grained and with a look of its own.
What to shoot on it
ISO 100 is a daylight speed: sun, open space, a long exposure off a tripod. I would reach for this film when you deliberately want a colour shift in the frame rather than a neutral rendering. For an indoor reportage it is too slow.
Processing
Ordinary C-41. The maker states plainly that any lab can develop their films — no special regime is needed.
What to expect
This is an effect film, not a general purpose one. If you are planning a series, it makes sense to shoot one roll first and see how the tinting behaves with your light and your lens.
