KONO! Delight ART 400 is a 135 colour negative film, 36 exposures, ISO 400/27°, C-41 process, DX coded. It is the 135 version of the same tinted film that exists in 120, and it is built on professional film stock.
How it differs from ART 100
The maker puts it this way: compared with the 100 it is noticeably more intense in the dark areas. And the speed is four times higher — ISO 400 already lets you shoot in the evening, indoors and handheld.
What «tinted» means here
Every roll is tinted by hand by the maker’s own people. What is promised is intense colour, fine grain and a very recognisable look. No two rolls will be identical.
What to shoot on it
ISO 400 is the most universal speed there is: an overcast day, an evening street, a room with decent light. If you want the colour effect but are not prepared to put a tripod under it, this is the one to take rather than the 100.
Processing
Ordinary C-41 at any lab.
