Characteristics

LomoChrome Color ’92 combines cool blues, vivid reds, delicate pastel undertones, and rich grain. The result recalls 1990s colour photography while remaining versatile enough for everyday shooting.

Best uses

Its character works especially well for urban photography, portraits, everyday scenes, and mixed light. At dusk the palette becomes more painterly and contrast grows deeper.

Exposure and handling

The cassette is not DX-coded, so set ISO 400 manually. I recommend trying the same scene under different light: this emulsion shifts its colour balance in interesting ways while retaining useful shadow and highlight detail. Process in C-41.
