Characteristics

LomoChrome Purple shifts greens and yellows toward pink, plum, and violet. It is a colour negative that creates a psychedelic palette without digital manipulation or a special filter.

Best uses

It is strongest with green foliage, landscapes, botanical subjects, festivals, and portraits where an unusual background matters more than neutral colour. Reds and skin can shift differently depending on the light.

Exposure and handling

The ISO 100–400 range changes density and the intensity of the effect. For a first roll, I recommend rating it consistently at ISO 200 to learn how your camera and scanner render the palette. Processing is ordinary C-41.
