A logbook for controlled film development
ANALOGBOOK Processing keeps development parameters in one place, making successful routines repeatable and mistakes easier to diagnose. The notebook has 48 pages measuring 140 × 192 mm and 220 spaces for development records.

What to record
Note the film and working ISO, developer and dilution, temperature, time, agitation, stop bath, fixer, and solution condition. After drying, add an assessment of density, contrast, grain, and how the negative behaves in scanning or optical printing.
My recommendation
I recommend filling in the process data while developing, then adding the final assessment after scanning or a contact print. This makes the effects of temperature, agitation, and chemistry condition much easier to identify.
