ADOX Neutol NE is a liquid concentrate for developing black and white photographic paper, 5 л.
What it is for
It gives a neutral image tone and maximum black density — which is what a paper developer is usually wanted for. It suits tray printing and machine processing alike.
How to dilute it
The working dilution is від 1+7 до 1+15.
The solution is replenishable — kept and reused, with development time extended as it exhausts. Keep count of the films put through it; that is the only way to avoid an underdeveloped roll at the end of its life.
The maker calls 1+7 the best of the range: highest quality, greatest capacity and the longest-lived solution. Weaker dilutions work, but capacity is what they cost.
Storage
Sealed concentrate keeps well but dislikes air: the emptier the bottle, the faster it oxidises. Decant the remainder into a smaller bottle, or displace the air — that is what gets a concentrate to its last measure.
How it compares
A neutral-tone classic, alongside Rollei RPN in this same catalogue. For a warm tone, look at Separol WA or at the toners.
