Description

Three ready C-41 solutions — developer, bleach and fixer — bottled and ready to use. Nothing to dilute, weigh or filter: open them, bring to 38 °C and fill the tank.

Who it suits

Anyone who develops colour occasionally and would rather not keep concentrates and measuring jugs at home. Getting the dilution wrong is impossible — the solutions already are what they should be. It is the shortest route from «I want to try colour» to a first negative.

How it differs from the concentrates

Only in how it is supplied and what it costs per roll. Same chemistry, same yield. Concentrates are cheaper and more compact; ready solutions are simpler. If you develop regularly, moving to concentrates eventually makes sense.

How long do ready solutions keep?

Less well than concentrates — a diluted developer oxidises. Keep them in full, tightly closed bottles and use them within the period given in the instructions.
