The final C-9165 bath: it washes out the silver halide and leaves a clear slide carried by dyes.
How to tell it worked
A finished slide has no grey veil in the clear areas. If it does, it was under-bleached or under-fixed; both steps can be repeated while the film is still wet.

The time in the instructions, with a margin. An under-fixed slide clouds over the years, and over-fixing is practically impossible.
