SPUR Nanotech UR is a liquid concentrate for black and white film, 100 ml, from the ultra-resolution family.
What it is for
SPUR built its name on developers that pull resolution out of film beyond the usual, and Nanotech UR belongs to that line. The small bottle is not a limitation but the logic of the thing: these formulas dilute heavily and are used one-shot, so 100 ml goes a long way.
How to dilute it
It is a one-shot developer: mix the working solution, use it, discard it. That is the most predictable way to work — every film is developed in fresh solution, so times need no extending from roll to roll.
The maker publishes no general dilution table for this one — take times and ratios from SPUR's datasheet for your particular film. This is a case where the first roll is spent on a test.
Storage
Sealed concentrate keeps well but dislikes air: the emptier the bottle, the faster it oxidises. Decant the remainder into a smaller bottle, or displace the air — that is what gets a concentrate to its last measure.
How it compares
Within SPUR's range each developer has its job: Speed Major and TRX 2000 for speed, UFP for general use. Nanotech UR sits at the opposite end — not speed, but the detail ceiling.
